This is the agent I run every weekday morning before I open my own inbox. It reads everything that came in since yesterday, sorts it into reply now, reply later, and ignore, and drafts the replies I would have written myself. It never sends anything. I press send. You paste one file into Claude or ChatGPT, point it at your inbox, and it starts working the next morning.
